CLIFT CLIMBER App Account Deletion

Delete Your Clift Climber App Account

At Clift, we respect your right to manage your data, including the ability to delete your account.
 
 How to Request Account Deletion:
 To request the deletion of your Clift account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Clift Climber app and log in to your Clift account.

  2. Visit your account settings by navigating to the “Profile” section.

  3. Select Delete Account.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.

 Once your request is submitted, we will process it promptly.
 
Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion:

  • All profile data including your email address, profile information, and climbing history.

  • Preferences and settings associated with your account.

 
Data Retention:

  • We may retain certain data for a limited period of time as required by law, including records related to purchases or legal compliance. However, these records will be dissociated from your identity as much as possible.

  • No personal data will be retained for marketing or user profiling purposes after account deletion.
